Fishing Vessel Safety Regulations

As part of the reform of the Canada Shipping Act, Transport Canada made a presentation on the reform of Fishing Vessel Safety Regulations during the last meeting of the Canadian Marine Advisory Committee (CMAC).

Small Vessel Regulations (2007)

As part of the reform of the Canada Shipping Act, Transport Canada made a presentation on new regulations expected to come into force in the spring of 2007. The new regulations combine the Pleasure Craft and Small (Commercial) Vessel regulations. The presentation was made during the last meeting of the Canadian Marine Advisory Committee (CMAC).
