New Forms are Available

A number of new forms have been printed and are available from the CCGA regional offices. The new forms include:

    Auxiliary Vessel Inspection (AVI) - Pleasure Craft (Form & Sticker)
    Auxiliary Vessel Inspection (AVI) - Fishing Vessel (Form & Sticker)
