October 5, 2002 International Search and Rescue Day in Milwaukee

John O. Norquist, Mayor of the City of Milwaukee has proclaimed October 5, 2002, to be International Search and Rescue Day throughout the City of Milwagbfukee. On this date, the Canadian and United States Coast Guard Auxiliary will participate in ISAR 2002, a SAR Competition hosted by the USCG Auxiliary.
