October 5, 2002 International Search and Rescue Day in Wisconsin

Scott McCallum, Governor of the State of Wisconsin has proclaimed October 5, 2002 as International Search and Rescue Day in the State of Wisconsin and commended its observance to all citizens. On this date, the Canadian and United States Coast Guard Auxiliary will participate in ISAR 2002, a SAR Competition hosted by the USCG Auxiliary in Milwaukee, WI.
