A certificate of appreciation has been presented to the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary by the Canadian Safe Boating Council on September 27. The certificate was presented "in grateful recognition of the Auxiliarys commitment to volunteerism and support of boating safety, search and rescue, and the mission of the Canadian Safe Boating Council".
