Winston Pitcher Presented with the Commissioners Commendation

Winston Pitcher, President, CCGA-Newfoundland and Labrador was presented with the Commissioners Commendation during the Annual General Meeting of CCGA-NL held in St. Johns on November 8. Winston joined the CCGA in 1986 and has been President since 1990.
